Service includes repair or troubleshooting of your Computer System for Viruses and/or any Malware. Software may not be included.
Hardware Install:
We can upgrade your computer, by installing a PC compatible (internal or external) device on to your desktop or laptop. (Graphics/Video cards, memory, hard drives) Hardware not included.
Operating System Install:
Installation of the latest version of Microsoft Windows that best suits you and your computer. Also includes all critical system updates. Software not included.
Internet Service Provider Service:
We can help you get started or troubleshoot your current high speed or dial-up connection. Additional charges may apply for restoring computer to network resources.
VoIP Installation and Activation:
We can setup or troubleshoot your VoIP device on an existing functional network. Service includes testing the VoIP device for proper functionality. Hardware and VoIP service not included.
Business IT Audit:
We can look at how you are using IT to improve your business processes. We can often find ways to help you develop technology solutions that will improve business productivity and business continuity.
Other Services include Server (email, file, database) setup.
